or if you had been togherther with person, which has confirmed acute coronavirus
respiratory infection and you to suffer by fever and sever cought.

Formular for parents od children to 10 years old about stay home during caranthéne is available in school, not in our ambulatory.

During the period of caranthene for infection COVID-19 is in Ostrava ambulatory opening hours only to 15 hours daily. In Monday 23rd March we are in discusion.

From 11th February we are beginning with vaccination against thick encephalitis.
From the 1.st January 2019 we are in Fridays open from 7:30 to 11:30 hours.
We offer vaccination against flu, the best time is during October and November.

NEED FOR PCR COVID 19 INFECTION TEST
Dear parents, in case, that you need to test your child for SARS COVID 19 infection by PCR test,
because of contact with infected schoolmate, write me email with this neccessary informations:
Whole NAME and SURNAME of child, DATE of BIRTH, INSURANCY NUMBER, precise ADDRESS and your PHONE NUMBER, than Name of HOSPITAL or SAMPLING CENTRE.
For setting right date we need pricise dating of last contact with infected person and normaly is on 5 th day the best result of PCR test.
Than let us know the resluts by email too.
